Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 6 October 2025 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures regarding the functioning of supervised non-bank financial markets – insurance, capital markets, and private pensions, as follows:

A) Regulation

Rule supplementing Regulation No. 15/2009 on collection and payment operations carried out through privately managed pension fund accounts, approved by Decision No. 23/2009 of the Private Pension System Supervisory Commission (the rule will be sent for publication in the Official Journal of Romania);

Rule supplementing Regulation No. 18/2009 on collection and payment operations carried out through voluntary pension fund accounts, approved by Decision No. 28/2009 of the Private Pension System Supervisory Commission (the rule will be sent for publication in the Official Journal of Romania).

B) Authorization

Approval of Mrs. Ileana Damian for a new term as member of the Board of Directors of Generali Romania Asigurare Reasigurare S.A.;

Approval of the EU prospectus for growth prepared with a view to increasing the share capital of Bucur Obor S.A. București;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund BCR, managed by BCR Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Moderato, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Vivace, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Authorization to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Voluntary Pension Funds AZT Moderato and AZT Vivace, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
